About State Created
State Created is a forum for residents of Bend and Deschutes County to discuss how our local institutions function: courts, law enforcement, county services, city government. We start from public records and firsthand experience, not assumptions. People here disagree, including with the site's founders. That's the point. The one rule that doesn't bend: claims about how a system works should be traceable to something someone can verify. Bring documents, bring questions, bring your own experience. Leave the argumentative trolling at the door.
